Congratulations!

You did it

Now what?

The timeline~

01.

Gallery Delivery

Your gallery will be ready and uploaded within 2 weeks of your session date. This is when you’ll be able select your collection and make your image selections. (Please add we@pic-time.com to your trusted contacts so that my delivery email land in your spam. Gmail is especially notorious for that.)

You’ll be able to download your images in both high-resolution (for printed marketing) and web-ready formats. Please download your entire gallery all at once so you can store them in one easily accessible location. (Be sure to create a backup!)

02.

Put your photos to work!

This is where people tend to freeze up because it can feel like a very large thing to do among everything else on your plate. I recommend setting a 2 minute timer and tackling it in small doses. (And often that 2 minute timer goes off and you’ll want to keep going!)

I’ve made two resources to help you get started.

  • The Checklist – Scroll down to see a list of starting points for posting your visuals.
  • Brand Spark Companion – I’ve created an interactive tool for you to help create an action plan for using your visual library. You can return to this companion as much as you like.

**The Brand Spark Companion is a new tool as of the winter of 2026. I welcome any and all feedback to keep improving it for you!

Talk to me

  • Watch your inbox for a short post-session questionnaire. – This is where I gather feedback so that I can continue to improve my service to you and others.
  • Leave me a review over on Google. This helps others find me too!
  • If you are having any hesitation at all about anything, I’m still here. Please just talk to me so that we can work together. Collaboration is still key.

The Come Back Credit

Don’t Forget!

Every collection now includes a Come Back Credit — a dollar amount toward a follow-up session within 12 months of your session date.

Brands evolve. You’ll launch new things, shift your focus, or simply grow into a different version of yourself. Fresh images fill those gaps and give your audience something new to stop for. People are mostly visual, and new photos signal that you’re active and worth paying attention to.

This credit exists so returning is easy. Mark your calendar with your reminder right now.

Your brand assets are like a new employee helping you gain visibility

Put your photos to work

Getting started is the hardest part.
The Brand Spark Companion will walk you through a quick questionnaire to create a customized plan just for you.
Also, take a look at the checklists below.

The Clean Sweep

Choose your very favorite portrait from your session and go through ALL of your main channels and update your profile photo. When you have consistency across platforms it helps your audience recognize you from one channel to the next. (And remember to rotate it out now and then with other photos from our session. Each time you update your profile, you’ll gain a visibility boost!

Here’s a general checklist of where you might need to swap out images:

  • Website
  • Online shop
  • Sales pages
  • Social media: Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Blue Sky
  • Industry specific websites where you have a profile
  • Client management software
  • Email signature
  • Phone contact

The Sprinkle

Pull together a collection of your favorites and keep them in an easy-to-access folder on your desktop and/or in an album on the cloud. These will be the go-to photos you’ll use again and again for social media, guest posts, newsletter heads, etc.

  • Drop your top highlights into whatever social media planning software you use (i.e. Planoly, Hubspot, Later, etc.) to make sure they’re on hand next time you’re scheduling posts.
  • Create an album of favorites in your phone gallery so they’re ready when you need them.
  • Update your cover photos for Facebook, LinkedIn, and any social media groups you run for your business. You can even make a collage using ready-made templates on Canva or Adobe Express
  • Add your branding images throughout your marketing collateral to illustrate the process and/or deliverables, and to make them more visually engaging and cohesive
  • Update your photos throughout your website
